Emagine International - a global provider of Real-Time Campaign Management solutions for the telecommunications market, has been identified by Gartner Group as a leader in the provision of solutions for Real-Time Customer Interaction.
Gartner’s worldwide report investigates seven
communications service providers (CSPs) that have been working to improve
customers' experiences of their services, and finds that new initiatives are
being pursued to differentiate themselves, naming Emagine as a leading
technology provider.
Emagine’s real-time technology enables Optus to
“employ a solution utilising capability to generate discount rewards for
customers buying a recharge voucher at a specific retailer.”

Singtel Optus, holding the largest share of the total mobile prepay market in Australia, has implemented Emagine’s real-time customer interaction and fulfilment platform to strengthen customer loyalty and increase incremental revenue. Optus has achieved ROI on their investment in the first six months of operations.
Optus
selected Emagine to implement a real-time customer interaction and fulfilment
platform to stem current prepay customer attrition and increase frequency of
customer recharge (top-ups). Optus needed a quick to market implementation to
complement their legacy CRM platforms, so Emagine provided our solution as
Software as a Service (SaaS), and integrated quickly with the Optus network via
a preconfigured set of open Telco API’s. This minimised integration time and
effort.
The initial implementation enabled the
end-to-end automation of the specified Optus campaigns with campaigns being
executed in near real-time. In the example from the Case Study, Optus aimed to
stimulate pre-paid recharge (top up) via specific retail channels and required
the rewards and bonus system to align to this, and manage the customer
interaction and offer fulfilment in near real-time.

Management platform having seen the growth in incremental revenue Emagine had
achieved with other operators in the region such as Vodacom South Africa.
Emagine's core focus on providing campaign management solutions for telecom
operators provides a strong point of differentiation against vendors that
support several vertical markets with one product suite.
